How to create a Sales Quotation

1. Click on Sales
2. Click on Quotations
3. Click on Add
4. Select the relevant trader account code
5. Click on Ok

1. Enter Reference details
2. Click on Add Line
3. Enter the product code
4. Click on box beside rrp to bring up a Calculator box see next step
5. Once happy with the prices quoted click on Confirm

Follow 2-5 for each of the codes to be quoted on.

1. In this instance the price is determined by discount so it is 25% off the retail

You can, of course, put in the price you want to charge directly into the Price field without having to use the above calculator if you know the price you want to charge the customer
