How to find Trader (F9) Ledger Detail
How to find a trader (f9), look at the ledger tab.
1 Click on the Trader button or Press F9 on your keyboard
1. Enter the code for the relevant trader either fully and partially, if a partial code is entered a number of options may be found
2. Scroll down and highlight the relevant trader and click on it.
Once the trader card opens, click on the Ledger Button.
Search Tab
1. When above screen opens, it is highlighted on the search tab, within this option you can search by
2. Specific document that is SORD, SINV, SCRN CONT, SDEL by entering the type in the document box.
3. By Ref that is name of whomever orders, or Purchase order no etc.
4. By Rep
5. You can search a particular date range or do all dates.
In this instance I have just done a search for all types for all dates.
Orders and Returns Tab.
1. Within this screen it is going to show all the Sales order and returns with a status C, P, D or blank
C = Completely delivered not yet invoiced
D = Delivered not yet confirmed
P = Partially delivered
Blank = not yet delivered.
2. If you untick the hide completed box, it will bring up all orders invoiced/credited, paid or not.
3. When looking at this screen you are able to see if any orders on Hold, Disputed. Posted is not relevant to this tab.
4. You can email/print out a sales order or a sales return by just clicking on the print button.
Financial Ledger Tab
1. This Screen shows all the invoices on the account not yet paid.
2. Untick the hide completed box and all invoices paid will appear.
3. If the posted button is ticked the invoices has been posted if not those invoices still need to be posted to the account.
4. You can print out a copy of the statement
5. Show age will give a breakdown of the aging of the account.
6. Print will allow you to print out a copy of whatever document is highlighted.
7. When a receipt is highlighted and not yet allocated the allocate button ungrey to allow it to be allocated.
8. Also when a document (sinv or srec) is highlighted if you click on the show allocation button it will show how the receipt has been allocated or what receipt reference was allocated to a invoice.
9. Hold button allows you to put on or take off a document on hold
10. Dispute allows you to put on or take off a document in dispute
