Spicers & Vow Shortages

If you have electronically booked in your order and are left short by Spicers or Vow this is the procedure to deal with Shortages

Find the Purchase Order & PGIN from Supplier

FInd Purchase Order and click on Delivery Status

Click on PGIN

Raising Shortage

Click on line left short
Enter the amount you were left short
Press Shortage Button

Select NEW to create new Return

Close the PGIN & the Purchase order and go back to the Purchase Order daybook
Your Purchase (Supplier) return will be in the daybook
Ring Spicers and request a credit

IMPORTANT

The item will reappear in the shopping list with the rest of the Spicers goods so there is no need to reorder the item over the phone
