Creating a Sales Returns

How to create a sales return from an existing sales order

1. Click on Sales
2. Click on orders and returns
3. Click on Search

1. Enter the trader code
2. click on the relevant sales order

1. Right click on the line which the customer wants to return
2. on the option box go down to return line option

1. Fill in the reason for the return and the details
2. Change the quantity is required
3. Click ok

1. Depending on the reason for the returns click on the relevent box, usually no, it then creates the srtn.

1. fill in the reference of who asked for the return.
2. Print out copy to be given to driver for collection.
3. Once back on your premises, click allocate all
4. Click on collected
5. At this point it is either left in your stocks or a purchase return is raised to your relevant supplier.
