Limit a Contact to Ordering from One Department

Before You Start

A. You will need to have relevant departments setup on the customers trader card
B. You will need the contact setup in the customers trader card

To Setup

Find the Contact in the Trader Card

1. Select Rules
2. Select Limited Departments
3. Select The Branch to Limit User To

You will tend need to set up the Branch Limits

1. Select Limit List
2. Box will Appear
3. Select Department from the List
4. Confirm to Save
