Horizon Web Admin Screen: Screen 1. Global Options

1. Using the Long Description for Search will look at the extended descriptions provided by Spicers & Vow, this option can take longer for the search to return results

2. Set Offers as Home Page will show your Web offer Catalogues in Horizon as the home page

3. Show Top 50 items will give the user a list of their companies Top 50 purchased items

4. Show Machines will allow you to use the online meter reading module

5. Order Pads Split on Number will break the orderpads from a list to the list of buttons like the sectors after this number, so if there are 11 items in an order pad it will no longer appear as a list on the web

6. Order Cut off Time will move the order into the daybook in Horizon for the following day if the user has placed the order online

7. Stock Enquiry Trader Code, if you enter your Spicers or Vow account code in here Horizon web will show the number of items in stock. Tick own stock to include stock in your own warehouse, If show Quantity is unticked then Horizon web will just give a "In Stock" or "Out of Stock" message

8. If an account is on stop you can prevent them from placing orders on the web, and you can type in a message to display to them. If an account is on hold and this item is unticked Horizon will still prevent the order from being shopped or delivered until the account is off hold
