Invoicing by email
How to send invoices by email
1. Click on Trader button or F9
2. Enter the Account you want to send invoice by email
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Invoicing and Statements
5. Click on dropdown for distribution and pick email - PDF
6. Click on Confirm
7. Make sure you contact details filled in for Accounts if not click on Contacts button and add details
The above steps have to be done for every account who wishes to receive invoice/statements by email.
1. When you have gone thru the main selection make sure to untick the all distribution types
2. Click on dropdown and click on email - pdf (for invoice by email)
3. Click on Output Selection tab
1. Click on Output to device dropdown and click on email.
Then just follow the usual procedure for invoicing.
