Setting up Customer Product Swaps

1. Go to the customer you wish to create the swap for
2. Click on Product Swaps
3. Tick + symbol to add
4. Find the Product you wish to swap from (i.e. the product you dont want the customer to get), You must use the Search Box (the box with the ...) to find the item, DO NOT just enter the code
5.Find the Product you wish to swap to (i.e. the product you do want the customer to get), You must use the Search Box (the box with the ...) to find the item, DO NOT just enter the code
6. Ensure Active is ticked
7. Press Tick Icon to save swap
8. A successfully created swap will look like this
