How to Email a copy of a Delivery Docket to a Customer
The Following steps are for when you know the SDEL no.
1. Click on Sales
2. Click on Delivery and Collection
3. Click on Search
4. Enter the SDEL no
5. Click onto the SDEL entry
6. Click on Print
7. The Delivery Docket box will pop up on screen and click on Email.
The following steps are for if you only know the trader name and when it was ordered.
1. Go to Trader Card and Enter the trader code to bring up the relevant trader card
2. Go to Orders and Returns if its not invoiced
3. Click into the relevant sales order
4. Click on delivery status.
5. Click into the SDEL no and the delivery note will pop on to the screen and click on print and then click on email option.
The following steps are for when you know the Sales Invoice no relating to the Delivery docket.
1. Click on Document Search
2. Enter the relevant SINV no:
3. Click into the SINV
1. Click on product line and right click and click on show linked documents
2. Click into the SDEL entry
3. Delivery docket pops on to screen, click on print and then click on email.
