How to confirm the delivery status on a sales order from D when completely delivered.
1. Click on Sales
2. Click on orders and returns
3. Click into the relevant sales order
1. Click on the delivery status tab you can see the delivery shows are 3 but only 2 confirmed, which is why it is D status.
2. Click onto the SDEL and right click and press confirm
1. When you go back out into sales order screen the status has now changed from D to C
