Sharing Deals Across Numerous Traders in Bulk
Select The Customers you wish to receive the deal
To select the Group of customers, you can either choise the Rep code (Step 1) or the Group (Step 2), You could also select by Town or Area but these are less common
Press Search (step 3) to select customers
Customer are displayed in Box 4
Adding the Deal
1. Untick the all box
2. Select All or as many of the customers as you wish, a selected customer will have Black dot as indiciated beside it
3. Press the + Deal (Add Deal Box)
Select The Mailer / Contract Account
1. Type in Account code for the contract or mailer is on
2. Select from the list displayed
3. Select OK to Apply
1. Answer Yes to Apply Deal to customers
