This lesson will show you how to extract product information from the Product search screen

Steps 1 & 2 . Search for the product you are looking for, for example All product for a particular supplier or a product range such as PAPER

Step 3. Select Export

1. Select Output format, most common is Excel
2. Give the file a name
3. Select OK

1. Pick a location to save the file that is easy acessable like My Documents or the Desktop
