How to create a new Product card or copy and modify another card.

In this instance I am going to copy and modify the paper from pack of 5 to pack of 50 reams

1. Go into the relevant code that you want to copy the information from.
2. Click on Copy

1. Click on Yes.

1. Enter the new Product code.
2. Change the pack size
3. Amend all the prices to reflect the pack change, taking into consideration discount for buying in bulk.
4. Fill in the amount of stock you have on your premises.
5. Click confirm

1. Click on Add
2. Enter the new product code
3. Fill in the description
4. Enter the prices and pack details
5. Tick on stocked tab if item is to be kept in stock at all times.
6. If stock is already on premises enter the stock quantity
7. Fill in the range, group and sub group by using the dropdown.
8. Click on confirm.
