Being Notifed of Web Orders
This lesson will show you how to notify a person within your organisation that a customer has placed a web order
1. Specify the person you wish to receive the notification in selecting their login from the Account Manager Box
2.Select Settings
3. Select Yes / No Options
4. Tick Notify New Calls
5. Select Confirm
When a web order is placed you will receive a new pop call from the call manager, you may wish to select the close call option when it appears.
