How to look up stock/product card F8

There is two ways to bring up the Product card

1. Click on Product card button.
2. Hit the F8 button on your keyboard.

These are the screen that will appear once the product card button is press.

Screen 1 is the product search screen
Screen 2 is product card.

1. To find product by entering the code
2. Click on the line and press return.

1. To find the product by entering a word to be found in the description
2. Press search
3. When details comes up scroll down till the required code is found click on it and press return

The stock card details screen will show the following information.
1. Retail, Trade, cost and sell prices.
2. Pack size and if the pack can be split.
3. Whether you have it in stock or not
4. Who is the default supplier

The bottom part of the stock card, shows information such as
1. which catalogues this product appears in
2. which customers have gotten it before
3. which contracts it appears on

If you press the Ledger button at the top of the stock card the above screen will appear, and within each of these tabs you will see which traders have gotten the stock or who you got the stock from.

6. Recent Contracts

8. Outstanding works orders
