How to convert a return into a credit.
1. Click on Sales
2. Click on Orders and Returns
3. Click on Search
4. Type in SRTN to bring up all the sales returns.
5. Click into the return you want to credit.
once the return docket screen opens
1. Click on credit
2. Click on yes to credit now.
Once the Sales credit note appears on the screen.
1. Click on print and print as normal
