Hiding Account Transactions
You may wish to hide commercially sensitive information from certain users or prevent some users from accessing internal accounts. To do that we need to Hide the Transactions
Trader Card Setup
On the trader card of the account you wish to hide
1. Select Settings
2. Select Yes / No Options
3. Tick Hide All Transactions
Modifying User Options
To Modify the user to prevent them from seeing Hidden Transactions
1. Select Setup
2. Select Company
3. Select Logins
4. Select User
5. Select Define Security (Shared Security will be dealt with later in the lesson)
1. Select User Options
2. Untick Show Hidden Traders Transactions
The user will now not be able to access the accounts history or add transactions for this account
Shared Security Options
Where a User shares security levels with another user, in the case above Neil has the same settings as Nicky (Option 1), so the ability to Define security is grayed out (option 2)
In this case you need to click on the user that governs the security level (Nicky, Option 3) and carryout the steps in the Previous Step (Modyify User Options)
