Defining a Rep for a Customer Contact
More than one rep can service an account, You can define the Rep code per contact as well as on the account, this lesson will show you how to add a Rep Code to a Contact
Add a Rep to the Contact
1. Select Contacts
2. Select the Company Contact
3. Select the dropdown from the Rep Box
4. Pick your Rep Code
5. Confirm

Notice that the Trader Rep code (1) stays at AC but the contact has a Rep code of BMG
