Using the Stock Take module
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to print off delivery notes while a stock take is active
1. Select Stock
2. Select Stock Take
3. Select New Stock Take
4. Enter in Date
5. You can enter in your own description to make it easier to reference if you ever need to check back
1. Explanation of available options
BIN: Select All items in a particular bin location
CODE: Select All items containing a particular code or part of (e.g. enter KF to select all of Vows Q connect products)
IN STOCK: Only items with a positive stock figure
NEGATIVE STOCK: Only items with a negative stock figure
STOCKED: Only items with the stocked tick boxed enabled on the product card
BIN ASSIGNED: All items with a bin location
NO BIN: All items with no bin location
CHANGED DATE: Items that have changed from a specific date
FREQUENCY: Used in conjunction with the stock take frequency assigned on the product card
ALL SUPPLIERS: Select All or a particular Supplier
EXCLUDE COUNTED: Exclude items stocktaked within the last XX (specified) days
ALL SECTORS: Select ALL sectors or a specific sector
As you can run multiple stock takes together we recommend that you create on for Items with a bin location and a second stock take for items with no bin location
2. After selecting your options press search
1. Select All
2. Press Add items to add items into stock take
3. Press Print to printout stock take sheets
Entering Results
1. Select Enter Results
2. You can sort the columns by Bin, Code etc
3. Enter Results into Counted Box If you have none is stock you must enter Zero do not leave it blank
4. Press Adjust Stock to update stock levels
Post Stock Take
1. Select the History Tab
2. You will see the adjustments in the adjustment column
3. You will see the Stock Adjustment Reference on this line
4. You can access the stock adjustment by clicking on stock adjustments
