Checking Server for Login Problems
This lesson will show you want to check on your server if you cannot login
Is the server logged in?
Go to your server and see if the server is logged in
If you see the image above then you need to login to the server, you will require your server username & password to do this
Is the command centre switched on
Can you see the command centre icon in the bottom right hand side of the screen
This is required to run horizon
Starting the command centre
If the commad centre is not switched on, you will need to press the shortcut to cctr icon on your servers desktop
Depending on your operating system this lcon can be called
Shortcut to Cctr.exe
Shortcut to CmdCtr.exe
Cctr - Shortcut
Cctr.exe - Shortcut
