How to set up traders to allow sending invoices etc to multiple email addresses

In this instance the accounts contact is Joe Bloggs, you have been informed that any invoices/statements sent to him must also be sent to Ian Rush.

1. Highlight the contact name that you wish to add the additional email address to.
2. Click on the email box just after the email address and add ; right after it and then enter the additional email address

1. New email address added so that every time you do the invoice or statement run or just send a copy invoice, both email addresses will get a copy.
