Stopping the Database to Remove Users Hogging the User Licence count
If you find that you have connections still attached to Horizon that should not be which are using up user licences then you should follow the procedure below
First of all get all users to log out of Horizon
1. On the server find the command centre and click on Databases
2. Select your database, ours is called demo, yours will be called DATALIVE or LIVE
3. Press the Refresh button and the computers still connected to Horizon will be listed
4. Press the Stop button
You will receive a warning message that all users will be clicked out
Answer Yes to this
1. The connections will be cleared so press the Start button and then everyone can log back in again
