Adding Trader History to Contracts
This lesson will show you how to add information from the traders purchaing history to their contracts
1. In the trader card click on History
1. Decide what you want to base your selection on, either Invoices or Orders
2. Select On Contract so that you can see what items are on contract
3. Pick the number of month worth of history you want to review
4. Select a Date range if necessary
1. Select the item you wish to add to the contract
2. The sales history is shown here, in this example they have paid 2 different prices for the same item, so you need to select the line which has the price you want to appear in the contract, in this example I am using the top line with 90p/90c as the price
3. Select Contract to add to contract
1. I have 3 contracts for this customer so I need to click on the contract I wish to add it to
2. Press Select to add it to the specified contract
3. Optional: You can select new instead to add the item to a new contract
4. Optional: Tick this box to see the item in the contract after you have added it into the contract. Only do this if you are adding 1 or 2 items in and need to review them afterward
