Displaying & Exporting Customer Email Addresses

In the Trader Search Screen

1. Tick on Customers (only box to be ticked)

2. Option Step Tick on Include branches

3. Press Search and all customers will appear

4. Click on box beside CODE it has a symbol that look like Lines

1. Click Lines Box and the menu will appear

2. Click on Sales Email to show the sales email address

3. If you want the accounts email address you can tick on accounts email as well

The sales email will be added to the view

Select Export to Save Layout to Excel

To revert you screen layout not to show the email addresses, go back to Step 2 and untick the email address box(es)
