Adding Items to a Contract from a Sales Order
This lesson will show you how to add items from a sales order directly into a contract
1. Rightclick on the Line of the item you want to add to the contract
2. Ensure you have the price you want in the contract entered in the Price Box
3. Select Add to Contract
An option will appear with 2 options Called Fixed Price and Product Deal, (NOT SHOWN) Just answer Ok to that
Box 1 will then Appear
If you want to create a New Contract when select NEW, Step 2 above
If you want to add the item to an existing contract then click on the relevant contract (Step 3) and then click Select (Step 4)
