How to create a purchase returns note
Purchases returns from a sales returns note
1. After the sales returns note has been collected back onto the system. Click back to back button and click ok.
2. Change the supplier drop down to the supplier you received the goods from.
3. Click ok and your purchase returns note will be created.
1. Fax or Email the Purchase returns docket to the relevant supplier requesting uplift of returns.
2. Once Uplifted from your premises Click on Allocate all.
3. Click on Deliver to take out of your stocks.
Purchases returns where no sales order exists and you know what the PORD is
1. Click on Purchases
2. Click on Orders & Returns
3. Click on the relevant PORD
1. Right click on line to be returned and pick return line option.
2. Fill in the reason for return
3. Fill in the quantity
4. Click ok and the purchase returns note is created.
1. Fax or Email the Purchase returns docket to the relevant supplier requesting uplift of returns.
2. Once Uplifted from your premises Click on Allocate all.
3. Click on Deliver to take out of your stocks.
