Changing the System VAT Rate
1. Click Setup
2. Click VAT
3. Change I Rate to 21%
4. Change S Rate to 21%
You will need to create a rate called OS at 21.5% so that this can be used when crediting old transactions in the future.
5. Click Add
6. Click Enter in Details and ensure Used is Ticked
7. Click Confirm to Save
UK users replace 21% with 17.5% and 21.5% with 15%
